Hello! I am Višnja.

I am a London based Graphic Designer and Illustrator with big love for all things creative. Even though my drawing journey began at an early age, my full-time Graphic Design jobs were always the primary focus of my career, leaving illustration as a side hobby. In order to keep my creative life as versatile as possible, I regularly participated in various online illustration competitions and worked on a number of personal projects whenever time permitted.

It is right before I moved to London in 2019 that I got my first tablet and started creating digital illustrations and animations. During the months of Covid and lockdowns I often found myself alone and with a lot of time to explore the city and work on my art. Overwhelmed and inspired by all that there is to see, I slowly started creating illustrations of the area I lived in, which later expanded to the rest of the city. This is why a lot of my projects at this moment are heavily based on London life, aiming to collectively form an elaborate portrait of the city. This project is still ongoing.

While working on my illustrations I concentrated on developing my own style and thinking about a way to start presenting myself as illustrator independently from being an established Senior Graphic Designer. This website is therefore my second portfolio, showing a selection of my illustrative work and aiming to open new doors to more diverse collaborative opportunities in visual arts.
